Marlin Kurtz
Marlin Kurtz, Founder and Owner of Kurtz Remodeling Inc., has built a wonderful reputation, one household at a time. A second-generation contractor, working in the construction trades his entire career – he has learned from some of the best independent home builders in the Sarasota area.
What he does best? Managing projects and people, carpenters and trade partners who value a strong work ethic and bring a quality and finish that everyone can be proud of.
Design Consultant / Owner
Janet Pederson
Janet Pederson, Founder and Owner of Janet Pederson Interiors has collaborated with many tradespeople, with experience in remodeling, lighting, drafting and turnkey rental units.
What does she do best? Her most successful projects are with people who are looking for a design advocate – listening closely to what is wanted, then bringing the best material selections based on their budget, timeline, and desires. She has a strong eye for seeing a space and envisioning the final product.
Project Manager
Dallas Wagler
Dallas Wagler, Building Superintendent, is responsible for overseeing the subcontractors on site.
What he knows best is carpentry. With 40+ years in the Sarasota area, he knows a successful jobsite and what it takes to create a healthy environment for the different trade teams, especially as he focuses on coordinating their efforts for the good of the client.
